Got back from a busy weekend in York late on Monday afternoon and had to start getting ready to go out again almost as soon as I'd unpacked - no rest for the wicked. ![]() ![]() I arrived in Camden in plenty of time for once, even though Shush were on relatively early. I've seen this band a few times now, and they were good from the first time I saw them. They have continued to improve - particularly since ex-AntiProduct drummer Simon has joined the band. An interesting recent addition to the band's set is their only cover - Blondie's 'Call Me'. This fits in the the band's pop/pop guitar and vocal assault very well, and Simon looks like he's really enjoying playing like Blondie's Clem Burke playing like Keith Moon. ![]() |
These Blogs mainly deal with the countless gigs I go to, but there is some other stuff in there too - and the odd rant! I've just finished adding over 900 of my old posts from MySpace on here - everything is now on proper chronological order from 2005 to date - there is a LOT to read. Some of the older links may not work anymore - just click on the highlighted text for links to more info.
