	Not a particularly good night at the Purple Turtle as as there weren’t that many people there and Jack Viper were playing. They sounded quite tight, but didn’t have strong enough songs or a good enough singer to really get people going.  I didn’t get there early enough to see the other bands, but that didn’t really matter as I’d only gone to meet my friend from Germany who was in London for the weekend - so the beer and the company was good.  The music may have been a bit lacklustre but it was still a good start to what was a very busy weekend...
