It's a rare hot summer night in London - not the best time to be visiting a venue with one of London's foulest smelling toilets! However, there's quite a good crowd at the Water Rats to see Imperial Vipers. The sound isn't that great but the band make the best of it and put on a good show as usual. This band manage to turn in consistantly good performances, and they also have some memorable songs - which takes them up a level from most their peers and helps them build on their following. In spite of it being a hot night, the venue's air conditioning manages to keep the heat down to a bearable level - another welcome thing is the return of real ale to the bar at this intimate watering hole. |
These Blogs mainly deal with the countless gigs I go to, but there is some other stuff in there too - and the odd rant! I've just finished adding over 900 of my old posts from MySpace on here - everything is now on proper chronological order from 2005 to date - there is a LOT to read. Some of the older links may not work anymore - just click on the highlighted text for links to more info.
