	It's Friday night and there are two gigs I want to go to.  Fortunately, both are in Islington and the stage times of both the bands I want to see should make this possible.  My first port of call is Islington Bar Academy to see Stereo Juggernaut. They are on quite early but fortunately I manage to get there before the band launch into their set.. There is quite a good crowd there early - this band are certainly building a following with their brand of electro tinged pop/rock. Unfortunately the sound mix tonight leaves something to be desired - the keyboards in particular sounding like a massively loud and distorted fart! However, the band perform well and seem to be enjoying themselves. The band are well received by the 'early doors' crowd, and both band and audience seem well pleased with the show. I can't hang about for long after Stereo Juggernaut finish their set as a bunch of us are heading off to another Islington venue about ten minutes walk away...
