This one slipped through the net somehow and I'm writing it over three months after the gig - this is probably my most rubbish blog ever and includes exactly the type of crap phonecam pictures I pride myself on never taking...

Yes, Terrorvision are making another comeback! Actually it's the first of two sets of 'comeback' dates this year, although there is no sign of any new material. This band are still popular enough to easily sell out venues like this - they also sold out The Forum last year. I only managed to get a ticket for this show due to a fellow Wildhearts fan having a spare one - thanks Neil!

I arrived in plenty of time to catch the support band for once. The Sound Explosion turn out to be quite good - imagine a Newcastle band who sound influenced by AC/DC and Terrorvision.

They turn in a polished and professional set, but still remain quite raw and aggressive - could be worth catch if they turn up playing in your area.

Terrorvision are one of those bands who always deliver the goods. They are still great fun and have a terrific back catalogue to draw on. They also have one of the most good natured and entertaining frontmen in the business in the form of Tony Wright. Terrorvision are one of those few bands like the Wildhearts and Oasis who never fail to generate a terrific atmosphere at their gigs - everybody bouncing up and down and singing along - you can't fail to have a good time!
